Questions clubs ask
Will it make things up?
No. ClubForged only says what your club has told it: your website, your diary, your results and anything you tell it. Every draft is checked against those facts, and a draft that claims more is thrown away. If it hasn't enough to go on, it asks you.
Do we lose control?
No. Nothing goes out until someone at the club approves it, in ClubForged or straight from the email we send. You can change any post in plain English, skip it, or pause publishing altogether. Junior content always comes to you first.
Which diary systems does it read?
ClubForged connects to club diaries from ClubV1, IntelligentGolf and BRS. If yours is somewhere else, upload your fixture card as a CSV, a PDF or a photo.
What does Meta need from us?
Someone who manages your club's Facebook Page connects it to ClubForged through Facebook's own sign-in, so we never see a password. Instagram comes with it, as long as it's a professional account linked to your Facebook Page.
How long does it take to set up?
About ten minutes. You give us your club's name and website, connect your diary, write a few example posts and add some photos. ClubForged does the rest, and your first month's plan is ready at the end.
What does the pilot cost?
Nothing. The pilot is free for 12 months from your start date.
