These terms cover the ClubForged pilot. ClubForged is provided by [company name], [registered address] ("we"), to the golf club that signs up ("the club").

The pilot

• The pilot is free for 12 months from the club's start date.
• We'll agree the start date with the club when we set ClubForged up together.
• Either side can end the pilot at any time by telling the other.
• Before the pilot ends, we'll tell the club what ClubForged will cost afterwards. Nothing is charged unless the club agrees.

What ClubForged does

ClubForged plans, writes and schedules posts for the club's Facebook Page and Instagram account. Nothing is published until someone authorised by the club approves it. The club can edit or skip any post, and can pause publishing at any time.

We work hard to make every post accurate, and every draft is checked against the information the club has given us. The club is still responsible for what it approves.

The club's responsibilities

• Only connect Facebook and Instagram accounts the club is entitled to manage.
• Only upload photographs and content the club has the right to use.
• Have the consents needed for people who appear in them. This is especially important for children, whose photographs need parental permission confirmed before use.
• Keep login details safe, and tell us if they may have been misused.

Data processing

For personal data in the club's content, the club is the controller and we are its processor. We will:

• process it only on the club's documented instructions, which means using ClubForged as described here;
• make sure our staff are bound by confidentiality;
• keep it secure with appropriate technical and organisational measures;
• use only the subprocessors listed in our privacy policy, under terms as protective as these, and tell the club before adding one;
• help the club respond to requests from individuals and meet its security and breach-reporting duties;
• tell the club without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach;
• delete or return the data when the club stops using ClubForged, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• give the club the information it needs to show these terms are being met.

Liability

During the free pilot, ClubForged is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes and law

We'll tell the club about any change to these terms before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
